    Summary of government advice 30/3/2020

    • You must stay at home apart from essential travel or you may be fined
    • Only go outside for food, health reasons or essential work - you must stay as local as possible and try to shop once a week or less. Local exercise outdoors once a day is encouraged, and travel to work only if it can not be done at home.
    • If you go out, stay 2 metres (6ft) away from other people at all times
    • Wash your hands as soon as you get home - and avoid touching your face.
    • Do not meet others, even friends or family.
    • You can spread the virus even if you don’t have symptoms.

    • Do not leave home if you or someone you live with has either: a high temperature or a new, continuous cough

    Summary of NHS advice

    • DO wash your hands with soap and water often – do this for at least 20 seconds
    • DO use hand sanitiser gel if soap and water are not available
